Wordspace only
This is the default justification algorithm for all browsers, so this paragraph simply has CSS text-align: justify and is very fast.

First adjust X Transparent (if available, otherwise Width) to the narrowest setting that is still pleasant to read; then expand XTRA/wdth until the line is full-width, or it hits its widest setting; then add tracking and wordspacing as above.
